You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any generated content. You retain ownership of your content while granting Vocasite a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
All intellectual property related to the Service, including software, algorithms, interfaces, branding, and design elements, is owned by Vocasite or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or disruptive purposes, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.
Certain features may require payment or subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All payments are handled through third-party payment processors.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocasite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Vocasite may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the statutory requirements.
